- We ship UPS, FEDEX, DHL or Canada Post, depending on the item, weight, and destination.
- At this time we are not offering international shipping outside of Canada.

- We ship your order within 2-3 business days upon payment approval (this does not include the postal transit time).

Return & exchange policy
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at email@example.com, we will be happy to be of assistance and we’ll do our best to help you get the most out of it!
- Any damages or discrepancies must be addressed within 3 days of receiving it.
- All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging it was received and must be unused.
- Refunds will not be issued if products show any signs of usage and are subject to a restocking fee.
- We will contact you once your return has been received and processed.
- Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- To ensure delivery, we ship all packages with a tracking number.
- Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been tracked and delivered. For lost packages, please kindly file a claim with the appropriate postal service.
