Shipping

  • We ship UPS, FEDEX, DHL or Canada Post, depending on the item, weight, and destination.
  • At this time we are not offering international shipping outside of Canada.
  • We ship every day, Monday through Friday.
  • We ship your order within 2-3 business days upon payment approval (this does not include the postal transit time). 
  • Please contact us prior to placing your order if you need to receive your shipment by a specific date. 
  • If you’re placing a rush order, write us a quick note at hello@naturesvibesonly.com before you checkout, and we’ll do our best to meet your timeline.
  • We ship plastic free using biodegradable/compostable packaging and paper tape.

Return & exchange policy

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at hello@naturesvibesonly.com, we will be happy to be of assistance and we’ll do our best to help you get the most out of it! 
  • Any damages or discrepancies must be addressed within 3 days of receiving it. 
  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging it was received and must be unused.
  • Refunds will not be issued if products show any signs of usage and are subject to a restocking fee. 
  • We will contact you once your return has been received and processed. 
  • Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • To ensure delivery, we ship all packages with a tracking number.
  • Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been tracked and delivered. For lost packages, please kindly file a claim with the appropriate postal service.
